Project Manager – Data Centre & Enterprise Storage

Are you passionate about building the digital backbone that keeps businesses running 24/7? Our client, a leading name in digital infrastructure, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data centre and enterprise storage projects.

In this role, you’ll have real impact: shaping resilient, scalable infrastructure across Europe and beyond, and working at the crossroads of mission-critical facilities and cutting-edge storage technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading Data Centre Projects – Take ownership of upgrades, expansions and new builds across colocation, hyperscale and enterprise data centres, including work in live, mission-critical environments.

  • Driving Storage Innovation – Design and deliver robust enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS, NVMe and hybrid-cloud fabrics), oversee hardware lifecycle management and guide complex data migrations.

  • Owning the Full Project Lifecycle – Manage projects from feasibility and design through to commissioning and handover, typically in the €1M to €15M+ range.

  • Collaborating Globally – Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors across EMEA, the US and APAC, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.

  • Protecting Live Services – Implement strong risk and change management processes to safeguard uptime and minimise disruption during migrations and cutovers.

  • Managing Vendors & Contractors – Lead contractors and suppliers, maintain SLAs, and ensure compliance with local safety and regulatory standards.

  • Working Across Languages – Excellent English is required; Dutch and other European languages are highly valued for effective collaboration across regional markets.

What’s In It For You

  • Competitive package – Attractive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed for the Dutch market.

  • International, collaborative culture – Join a diverse team that values open communication, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

  • Career-defining projects – Work on high-visibility infrastructure initiatives that sit at the heart of the digital economy and will stand out on your CV.

If you’re ready to take the lead on complex, high-impact data centre and storage projects and want to grow your career in a truly international environment, this role could be a great next step.
